Bowling & Ultimate Frisbee / Disc Golf
Competitive passion meets recreational fun in the sports I love
Bowling
Bowling has been a passion of mine for years. Whether it's competitive league play or casual games with friends, there's something special about the precision and strategy involved in the sport.

Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate is the perfect blend of athleticism, strategy, and team spirit. It's fast-paced, demanding, and incredibly rewarding.
Tips for Beginners
Master the Basics First
Focus on learning proper throwing technique and catching fundamentals before worrying about advanced moves. A solid foundation will serve you throughout your ultimate career.
Communication is Key
Ultimate is a team sport that requires constant communication. Call for the disc, signal cuts, and talk on defense. Your voice is just as important as your physical skills.
Understand Positioning
Learn how to create and use space on the field. Good positioning makes everything easier - from getting open to making throws to playing effective defense.
Build Your Endurance
Ultimate demands sustained sprinting and quick recovery. Work on cardiovascular fitness and explosive speed to keep up with the pace of the game.
Disc Golf
Disc golf combines the precision of golf with the accessibility of frisbee. It's a great way to enjoy the outdoors while challenging yourself.
In The Bag
MVP Fission Dimension
My go to distance bomber, because I have a noodle arm lol. 14 speed, but it's lightweight and the fission plastic makes it less stable. So it's perfect for amateur arms like me.
Axiom Hex
I love the versatility of this disc, perfect for forehands and backhands. Very reliable fade for me.
Simon Line Pixel
Love the glide this putter has, feels good in my hand. I'm not the best putter, but love using this disc, even for short upshots as well.
Tips for Beginners
Start with Putters
Learn proper form with slower, more controllable putters before moving to drivers. Bad habits are harder to break once ingrained.
Focus on Accuracy Over Distance
A disc in the fairway at 200 feet is better than one in the woods at 300 feet. Control comes before power.
Learn Course Etiquette
Respect other players, take care of the course, and understand the pace of play. Good etiquette makes the sport enjoyable for everyone.
